Aim: To understand the fundamental principles of HCI design
Objectives:
Explain how perception, behaviour models and processing can be used in interface design
Explain at least one way that an interface can be adapted for specialist use e.g. input or output for the visually, orally, aurally or physically challenged
Complete any unfinished submissions and resubmissions
Today a strength has been finishing 2 of my assignments that are due in tomorrow. Another strength has been working well in a team to accomplish a task.
Today a weakness has been being distracted my Youtube. Another weakness has been not being able to use a formula to work out the sum of some series, so each term has to be found first.
Today I have been working on outstanding assignments. I also now understand how to find the sum to infinite.
Today has been ok as I have been able to work effectively and have been able to understand the maths lesson.

Today I have learnt that a Key-Action Model has 3 groups of keys that do different things.
Today has been good as I have been able to complete the work that was set today.
A strength has been finishing one piece of work, this means that I can focus on other pieces.
Today a weakness has been forgetting my glasses.

I have learnt that sometimes being risky can pay off big time but it also pays to be careful as being risky could mean the loss of everything.
Today has been good as I got to have fun playing a game, as well as doing my work effectively.
A strength today has been having fun with the game that we played in the tutorial. Another strength has been understanding why money management is important.
Today a weaknesses has been not finishing U23 A1T2 at college so I will have to continue it at home after work.

Today a strength has been my teams idea for a charity event has been chosen.
Today a weakness has been having to bike to college as it is cold by I still get too hot. :(
Today has been good as I have been able to work hard and I have had fun coming up with my charity idea.
Today I have learnt that I need to add a way of exiting my paint program.

Begin to create code to complete Assignment 2 Task 1
Finalise writing code to complete Assignment 2 Task 1

Analyse code examples and outline the faults
As above but comment on the functionality of the code, what should it do?

Increase understanding of analysing and debugging code
Today I have learnt how to use the touch sensor on the Lego robot. I have also learnt how to convert binary, denary and hexadecimal into octal and vise-versa.
Today a strength has been making lots of progress with my Lego robot. Another strenght has been that I feel confident that I have done well in the maths test.
Today a weakness has been an error in my code that I have yet to fix. Next time I will work on the error. I cannot think if another weakness.
Today has been good as I have made progress with my Lego robot and I feel confident with maths.

Aim: To create an interactive website for a stated client, using CSS to control the layout
To understand good practice when writing code
Objective:
Create a responsive website for a stated client using HTML5,and CSS
Make the website responsive
Add interactive elements using a scripting language e.g. JavaScript
Employ good practice in the design and implementation of web pages
Use effective written communication skills
Today I have learnt how to do parallax scrolling with HTML and CSS.
Today a strength has been deciding on my design for my website.
Today a weakness has been having a lot of problems with making my website.
Today has been OK as I have been able to improve my HTML skills
