Aim: 
Understand the personal attributes valued by employers

Objectives:
1.Recall attitudes and general attributes.
2.Identify the importance of proofreading your assignments
3.Communicate effectively

Aim: To create a poster with supporting evidence of what you created and how.

Objectives:

• Create your poster for P3 with creative skill and clear evidence
• Write supporting evidence about what you have done and why you made that choice
• Proofread your work
• Write your brief for P4
• Begin the creative process for P4
• Reflect on how well you achieved the above

Today I have learnt spoken communication isn't the main we communicate and most of how we communicate is by body language and facial expression. One of the strengths that I have had today would be is communicating with the people around me in a good way that we have all been able to contribute and help each other. One of my weaknesses today would be that I did not stay completely focused on the work but I have still managed to complete most things. Today I have helped others to complete their work and they have helped me to do our works.
